- Responsible for providing expert and proffesional legal advice, solutions and recommendations forr the firm and its clints.
- Experience in Forign Investment, B.O.T. and Privatizations laws, Commeerrcial and Civil.
- Provide legal opionion for the firm and clients
- Draft and review contracual agrements in both English & Arabic
- Provide technical assistanc, lgal research and other legal support
- Evaluate and advise on new regulatory actions such as new laws & regulations and insure compliance with all applicable regulations
