Reporting to - Executive Manager, RBD - Delivery Channels
Job purpose: Develop and administer dynamic and appealing websites and applications.
Key accountabilities:
GENERIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. People management Develop, motivate and coach people in line with succession & career planning requirements
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIRS:
Development Design web pages and other required artworks using relevant software packages in line with overall specification
Updating Update and maintain website to ensure links are functional etc.
Troubleshooting Troubleshoot web applications and ensure minimal down-time.
Technical documentation Maintain technical and business documentation creating new documentation as
Reporting Report on website usage and related issues on a regular basis
Feedback Respond to customer queries
Fraud Identify and document unusual trends and escalate where appropriate
Suppliers Engage with suppliers on performance or service issues and ensure issues are resolved
ATM Creation of ATM peripherals , ATM frames and housing design .Observing installations for offsite ATMs
Applications Development of RBD (Service Quality, Area Operations, etc.) and ADC applications (Mobile & Internet Banking). Editing of application layouts as required.
