Hands on experience:
- Fluctuation analysis of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Trial balance and its respective trends, follow-up on unusual items and ensure corrections required are timely recorded
- Perform accounting reconciliations, follow-up and ensure corrections required are timely recorded
- Complete accounting cycle in compliance with established practices and generally accepted accounting principles (IFRS/USGAAP)
- Maintain and/or develop policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure compliance with local accounting policies (USGAAP/IFRS)
- Support audit process
- Working on cross-functional as well as cross-Finance environments and taking actions to address needs and provide accounting and financial reporting guidance
