- Contributes toward the development and implementation of accounting and control policies and procedures;
- Assists in development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial accounting, budget, and management reporting,
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; assists in preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Prepares payments and accounting documents by verifying documentation.
Prepares any ad hock reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
- Periodically summarizes all petty cash floats and expenses across the company and assist in verification
- Coordinates internally with group accounting teams and subsidiaries.
- Undertakes general administrative duties (i.e. general word processing, filing scheduling, , data entry, copying and emailing, ordering of equipment, materials and office supplies, billing and partnering with Accounting as needed etc.);
- Performs other duties that may be assigned.
