•Operate Service Center Management Information System to track service operations across the Service Center.
•Coordinate with Service Advisors, workshop controllers for work scheduling and personnel deployment, and inform staff about their deployment in a timely manner.
•Monitor technician efficiency levels based on reports received from Accounts and provide timely feedback and inputs aimed at improving the same.
•Schedule work for technicians, especially during overtime in a fair, timely and efficient manner and inform staff about additional work requirements.
•Coordinate with Service Advisor and Workshop Controller to ensure that accurate time estimates required to complete a service job.
•Perform quality control checks and vehicle after completion of repairs in coordination with the tester and use diagnostic scan tools to inspect vehicles when required.
