Role Profile:
- Provides technical support in the areas of: ERP administration, problem resolution, support, system testing and development. Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain data processing solutions to operate and enhance the ERP systems.
The below Key Performance Areas include and may not be limited to:
Executive & Technical Activities
- Leading technical solutioning to ERP projects in accordance to the solution designs agreed upon.
- Assess Solution design and propose and develop efficient & optimised technical design.
- Work closely with Solution Architect and Technical teams to ensure timely successful solution delivery.
- Integrate the Business modules in proper solution designs to ensure the system & Data integrity.
- Direct and monitor team member performance.
- Maintain productive working relationship with team members and project leadership.
- Enhance new technologies and use them in projects
- Update consistently and accurately, the projects documentation.
- Present efforts and estimation required to planning and prioritization of projects
- Guide and develop ERP Developer
- Managerial
- Lead the technical team.
- Good working knowledge of methodologies such as agile, Scrum, Kanban, …etc
- Ensure technical documentations TDD are maintained and adhered to.
