We are looking to recruit full-time Kuwait based applicants for Registration Officer Position at the American University of the Middle East – AUM to join our team.
Applicants who are bilingual and able to demonstrate fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) languages are highly preferred but not mandatory.
Position Objective
The Registration Officer is responsible for duties related to maintaining accurate student records and for processing documents related to admissions, registration, and final grades. The incumbent also ensures compliance with graduation eligibility requirements across all academic programs.
Job Description
- Processes and audits student information in BANNER, including data pertaining to contact details, admissions, registration records, and eligibility for graduation
- Audits final grades for courses
- Manages enrollment data, statistics and analysis
- Provides student records and registration-related support
- Conducts data mining and prepares statistical reports for internal stakeholders
- Conducts other administrative tasks and communication with other official stakeholders
