• Candidate needs to be very well familiar with Kuwait labor law, as well as the payroll, indemnities, social security for Kuwaiti’s, residencies, company licensing… etc., and a good team player.
• Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and update internal databases with new hire information
• Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
• Publish and remove job ads
• Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
• Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department
• Develop training and on boarding material
• Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)
• Carry out activities pertaining to day-to-day running of the administrative operations of the company
• Assists in implementing strategic human resource policies from HR Head Office that enable the company to effectively fulfill its mission by recruiting the right type of staff, and deploying and developing them effectively
