• Managing the entire operation (Administration, Sales, Customer service, business development, claims management, profit generation etc..) of the company
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the insurance sector like, medical insurance, property insurance, Life insurance, automotive
• Give insurance consultation to the clients, Claims services, intermediary services and do frequent meetings with the clients for reviewing their organizational risk management
• Manage the insurance portfolio of clients who do different lines of business in Kuwait and Middle East
• Meeting new clients/ corporates as part of business expansion of the company
• Discuss/negotiate with insurance companies to give best policy terms, pricing, and commission scheme.
• Maintain good rapport with the clients and the insurance companies
• Excellent communications skills
• Full awareness of governmental regulations in the insurance sector
