- Support the delivery of Training department goals and KPIs in line with organizational strategic objectives
- Pro-actively design / implement appropriate training delivery mechanisms to ensure that skills required to support planned business growth are available
- Design and deliver management development and leadership programs as required
- Design and develop training modules / programs for QF departments as required
- Assess, gather and analyze individual, departmental and organizational training needs on annual basis and as required
- Develop training programs to fulfill the captured training needs
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures to reflect current activities and control quality of delivery.
- Provide professional advice to employees and department managers regarding training needs, training interventions (online, locally or overseas), processes and other training activities.
- Manage and maintain training records on the Learning Management System to ensure accuracy of reporting.
- Receive and confirm training requests from the Learning Management System, maintaining proper communications with internal clients regarding planned programs and reviewed schedules.
- Initiate and organize learning interventions as per approved policy and procedures and liaise with the Training Coordinators to ensure that all training logistics are finalized in a timely manner.
Keep track of employee progress through regular reports obtained from training institutions.
- Look for opportunities to improve performance in own scope of work and the division through customer feedback, etc. ' Produce management information reports as required.
