Job Purpose:
Responsible for providing the required support to the Talent Management Team in relation to: planning, administering and implementing training courses and programs that meet the needs of AAW’s employees.
Key Roles & Responisbilities:
- Support in the Implementation of the Talent Management Function’s policies and procedures and comply with AAW’s other policies.
- Coordinate and assist in the preparation in implementing a TNA (Training Need Analysis).
- Participate in creating and implementing training programs
- Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets).
- Assist in training the HR staff on development techniques, such as new employees’ orientation, on-the-job training, health and safety practices, management development and adaptations to changes in procedures and technologies.
- Assist in organizing and developing training manuals, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids and other educational materials.
- Contact local and foreign training institutions to identify the accredited training courses and programs they have and get comprehensive quotations of the training courses cost and its venues so that the company can choose the appropriate offer.
- Evaluate the success of both the individual training as well as overall programs for monitoring the progress of trainees and hand out Successful Training Completion Certificates to employees upon completion of their training programs and evaluation of the Training.
- Carry out course evaluation and offer data for report relating required by Talent Management Head.
- Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
