• Investment valuations
• Produce analysis on potential investments.
• Produce valuation memos for Corporate Banking Department/Units
• Assist in providing Portfolio reports.
• Input financial information onto databases
• Collate and summarize information on portfolio companies
• Research, Analyse, review and summarize proposals of potential investment.
• Monitoring: Maintain databases and ensures they produce accurate trend analysis and reports; Carry out trend analysis and reporting on long term performances as well as projections.
• Reporting complete internal and external reports in time and to the required quality
• Data gathering maintain a library and database on investments;
• Administration: Handle portfolio administration so that valuations and ad hoc reports can be produced
• General administration: Handle general administration across the investment team
• Investment Disposals: Follow up with interested parties in disposal of legacy investments
