Build, support and improve the infrastructure for all systems and applications. Have the accountability for ensuring a highly available, high performance and scalable infrastructure with a wide degree of creativity and efficiency. Have leadership and management capabilities with hands on experience to run all IT infrastructure related tasks on own or to supervise it.
Management :
1. Developing and mentoring internal Infrastructure teams to manage systems.
2. Involved in IT strategy development and aligning this with company’s business strategy
3. Develop and maintain vendor relationships with the partner ecosystem and provide
effective solutions either via Project implementations or managed services.
4. Design, implement, maintain and support all infrastructure systems.
5. Manage the performance of services delivered as agreed in the contract and
ensure that the Service Levels are achieved.
6. Ensuring optimal cost, highly availability, high performance and scalable infrastructure.
7. Provide technical requirements and designs; supervise test and implementation plans;
manage issues pertaining to schedule, resources and risks.
8. Propose technical solutions that could improve User efficiency and productivity.
9. Manage IT Project work and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and
requirements.
10. Manages and is responsible for the day to day running, implementation and support of relevant
IT internal system in order to provide an operational IT service.
11. Participate in drafting new policies and developing new procedures for relevant projects so that
they comply with the IT policy, guidelines and procedures.
12. Provides appropriate management information for IT manager and senior managers in respect of
the relevant projects to ensure that current and future organizational requirements for IT
services are considered and matched to performance, capacity, availability and new
developments
Technical :
13. Manage and administer Windows active directory, exchange mail services and policies
14. Configuration and set-up of IT infrastructures with desktops, end point rules and policies,
Anti-virus policy and related management to harden the system in the network.
15. Monitoring and resolving hardware, software and networking issues.
16. Administration of email spam filtering and firewall management.
17. File and Print server administration.
18. Manage and administer all virtual application environments.
19. Maintain daily and weekly backup of VMs and file servers
20. Assist in any IT projects (internal / external) and rollouts as necessary.
21. Update and maintain a daily incident report to report to Head IT.
