- Achieving sales growth to hit target, as a minimum, and drive growth to create a sustainable longer-term pipeline
- Developing sales opportunities and drive to order closure at agreed profit margins in line with business expectations
- Developing a balanced portfolio of opportunities and orders won across Peak suite of products and business interest
- Maintaining accurate sales forecast and contributing to live status update meetings
- Developing and executing a sales strategy to deliver the core objectives – orders to target, achieve targeted margins and customer focused
- Managing and developing the business with Peak’s OEM accounts, and customers, including providing technical advice and support
- Database Maintenance – responsible for ensuring the accuracy of customer contact details in the territory and ensuring accurate recording of all relevant information
