Acquire companies that have no significant revenue history with Bayt.com by positioning Bayt.com’s recruitment products & services
Initiate and develop a strong relationship with assigned verified leads, and/or customers
Identify customers' recruitment needs and prepare proposals including services that address these needs
Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by building long-term relationships and providing quality customer service
Achieve minimum no. of meetings target per day (physical & telephonic)
Effectively manage business in assigned database through a transactional and solution-oriented selling approach
Conduct on site/online demonstrations to prospective clients on Bayt.com products and services.
Carry out any other sales activities as seen fit by the management.
