- Maintain a Planning/Scheduling Interface(LIMS) as per the requirements defined by organization/client.
- Work closely with Company’s planning personnel and Superintendent’s Representative to ensure effective management of work execution.
- Prepare and update Monthly Business Outlook (MBO), Quarterly Performance Review (QPR), Performance Card, and Action Plan to meet the Scope of Services
- Assist Project Manager by providing information on all important and urgent issues that needs to be discussed with the Superintendent’s Representatives.
- Prepare and update all requirements that is required to meet Action Plan for materials, Personnel, Equipment, tools, instruments, Vehicles, machines, implementation of ISO 9001/ ISO 17025 requirements and the like.
- Ensure implementation of laboratory test Schedules.
- Ensure preparations and implementations of equipment maintenance programs and ensure availability of spare parts and consumables requirement.
- Review Company’s Budget Proposals and update progress for each project in co-ordination with Superintendent’s Representative.
- Review and update Contractor’s Manpower Requirements to ensure its compliance as per the Scope of Services.
- Follow up Contractor’s Personnel Training and Development Program.
- Liaise with concerned staff to prepare required reports as per the Contract Scope
- Organize and coordinate Contractor’s meetings with Superintendent’s Representatives inline with the Scope of Services and the Performance Card
- As per scope, plan and manage programs to ensure excellent business relationship and customer satisfaction.
- Computer literate, team player and having the skills to communicate to the Company’s personnel
