Monitoring of raw materials stock in the concrete batching plant and coordinate with suppliers
• Carry out testing duties of aggregates & concrete
• Complete tests & audits to fulfil quality certificates & product compliance
• Ensure products are delivered on time to the required quality
• Check concrete & make adjustments to recipes where necessary
• Check and maintain laboratory equipment with valid calibration certificates
• Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet testing schedule requirements.
• Records, and maintains test results and the records thereof and writes test reports for internal or external purposes.
• Ensure compliance with the Company’s policies including Health & Safety
• Prepare daily concrete casting reports; prepare concrete mix design
