• Assist in the day-to-day running of the facility documentation with the purpose of minimizing all the written hard reports
• Report all the day today activities to the direct manager on a daily basis
• Prepare the reports by using MAPCON SYS.
• Create & close the work orders/PPM
• Respond immediately requests for the technical assistance in person, via phone or email
• Diagnose and resolve the issues on an immediate basis
• Follow up with users to ensure complete resolution of issues
• Handle documentation procedure for site reports
• identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention and report to the engineer in charge for any details
