The Finance Administrator will support the Finance Team in recording and retrieving financial details of the company, including maintaining financial records, processing payments, cash handling and reporting of financial and business analysis data.


Detailed Job Description is provided below:



  • Work closely with the Finance Team to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters.

  • Assist in managing Receivables, Payables and Cash management activities.

  • Reconcile Vendor, Customer and Bank accounts.

  • Ensure company policies are adhered and applied as part of performing tasks and delivering duties.

  • Responsible for timely data entry and maintain data in accounting system with speed and accuracy.

  • Ensure timely collection of revenues and settlement of vendors in adherence to company’s policies.

  • Assist in production of monthly financial statements and monthly management reports.

  • Provide support in budget, forecast and business plan preparations.

  • Co-ordinate with cross functional teams to assimilate information to ascertain pricing and profitability scenarios.

  • Support the Head of Finance in timely completion of annual statutory audits and filling of returns.

  • Plan, organise and manage own workload to ensure  contribution to the company’s finance function goals are achieved in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Resolution of finance related queries

  • To bank monies according to the company policy, and to ensure levels of banking stationery are maintained.

  • To administrate an accurate weekly profit and loss account in line with required deadlines

  • To check invoices against purchase orders and to maintain accurate ledger records thus ensuring the quickest possible turn-around for invoices, and to follow up any queries with the supplier and / or Purchaser Ledger Department.

  • To raise invoices and maintain debts (including agent accounts) according to the aged debt report.

  • To process cheque requests, using the appropriate paperwork, for non-purchase ledger items.

  • Responsible for filing and archiving financials records of the company.

  • To administrate all management correspondence according to venue requirement.

  • To undertake any other tasks as requested by the management.
