Job Summary
• To ensure that the the chocolate company standards are met by providing customers with prompt service within a friendly, welcoming and clean environment.
• To ensure that our guests receive prompt, friendly, personalized service and leave happier and more satisfied than when they came in.
Key Responsibilities
• Wrap and decorate chocolate as per order guidelines.
• Creative, produces elegant and unique designs, and able to follow instructions and guidelines of each product.
• Goal driven and able to finish assigned tasks on time.
• Has a knowledge about quantity, and make sure each item produced is picture perfect.
• Receives special orders and suggestive selling methods when possible.
• Respond promptly and courteously to any requests or questions about our chocolate without revealing confidential information about the Before Chocolate Cafe recipes.
• Print & Check final bill, present it to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges or make change (if applicable).
• Thank guests for their visit and invite them back.
• Notify managers of specific guest’s needs and requests. Answer all enquiries in an efficient and professional manner.
• In case of difficult customer queries to forward the complaint to the branch manager.
• Have a complete understanding of the operation philosophy of our Before Chocolate Café.
• Be ready and willing to assist other college Waiter/Waitress as situations arise and perform additional responsibilities as and when required
• Look presentable and clean always.
• Be friendly with guests.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the branch managers.
Key Result Objectives:
1. Daily checking the product’s expiry date.
2. Superior in wrapping and fast.
3. Able to work at a fast pace and remain focused, accurate and efficient.
Key Performance Indicators:
1. Extensive experience of decorating confectionery products with chocolate materials.
2. Result driven, to make sure quantity targets are achieved.
3. Team player, and able to interact with various nationalities and personalities.
4. Quality driven, and insures company reputation is maintained.
