- To determine project’s needs, scope, specification.
- Lead a multi-discipline team and perform layout and detailing on architectural projects.
- Communicating, attending and managing meetings with clients.
- Supervise work progress on site.
- Dealing and solving problems with design issue during the design and construction phases.
- Technical and practical knowledge of all phases of design development, award, administration and closeout to Kuwait Firefighting Regulations (KFSD) and Municipality Regulations.
- Membership of Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE).
