• Manage and develop the staff, which includes hiring and discipling of employees, scheduling employees, setting work priorities, conducting staff meeting, counselling employees, evaluating performance and directing work assignments to ensure effective use of resources and customer satisfaction.
• Evaluates work load and schedules work in a way that best utilizes manpower and maximizes profits.
• Assist the dispatching operation to ensure appropriate technician selection for type of service.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that materials and equipment are ordered and dispensed for scheduled job.
• Generates reports and measures of departmental operations as well as records all inventory, tools and vehicle and reviews reports with management.
• Instructs technician on proper use of material and quality workmanship.
• Reviews payroll records to ensure that technician is paid properly.
• Ensure the consistency of excellence for service work, track and monitoring the service business plane.
• Manage the electro machine teams provide direction to complete the works with highly quality manner.
• Ensure all process and procedure are followed and created properly.
• Incorporate any other requests from time to time not included in this list but is imperative for operations to move smoothly
