• Responsibility for coordinating and compiling sales inquiries with the sales representatives.
• Attend to sales calls and inquiries and rerouting initial inquiries to concerned individuals (sales, division head etc).
• Coordinating and transferring approved sales orders calls with operations.
• Editing and preparation of quotations .
• Assisting sales personnel with quotations, invoicing and other office work.
• Creating sales orders.
• Coordinating and compiling approved client orders with Operations.
• Monitoring utilization and availability with operations.
• Checking time sheets and proforma invoices with the client.
