- Showroom sales assistance, provide customers correct information about products.
- Help Showroom in-charge to ensure all products are accurate and working to the company’s standards.
- Get trained for utilizing ERP invoicing, indenting & stock purpose.
- Assist Showroom in-charge to ensure standards for quality service are met and best customer care is provided.
- Assist Showroom in-charge to ensure pricing is displayed correctly on all products.
- Maintain discipline, dress code & punctuality.
- Assist showroom in-charge to ensure merchandise is clean and ready to be displayed.
- Help showroom in-charge to maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock at showroom.
- Maintain store's cleanliness and health and safety measures.
- Attend all training sessions with the best output.
- Help retail outdoor sales staff to achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.
- Perform other assignments entrusted by supervisor from time to time.
- Assist showroom in charge to ensure that OSS and footfalls are updated daily.
