MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
- To Assist in Annual Budget Process of VIVA
- To Assist in Budgetary control process.
JOB OBJECTIVES
- To complete annual budget process in time
- To make sure no overspend in budgeted expenses and CAPEX
- To provide timely reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Assist in Annual Budget Process by coordinating with sector POC
- Assist in Annual budget presentations
- Track and update each account based on PR raised on a daily basis
- Communicate with departments relating to budget issues
- Assist in Approving the Purchase requisitions
- Review site rental contracts and assist in approving Site rental PRs (Over 2000 sites)
- Prepare a monthly report by sector, to identify and evaluate deviations from the budget.
- Track CAPEX spending on a daily basis and prepare a monthly CAPEX report.
- Assist department in budget reallocation by providing account status.
- Track the accruals and Open Purchase orders related to CAPEX, OPEX and Cost of sales
