- Develop projects charters (business applications, infrastructure, etc.) and lead kick off meetings for new projects with Company's project stakeholders and sponsors.
- Provide support and required templates, documents, tools and resources to the project team to assist them in the development of Company's project plans.
- Oversee and direct all aspects of projects including planning, scheduling, resourcing, risk assessment, cost/benefit analyses, change management, establishing milestones/final deliverables and overall costs.
- Develop project plans (scope, work breakdown structure, timeline, budget, quality, etc.) and ensure compliance with Company's project management standards and guidelines required to execute the projects.
- Oversee the collaborations between the Project Management Office and other departments/Business Units within company's in order to deliver the projects smoothly and successfully.
- Facilitate the management of the projects portfolio, this includes identifying dependencies between projects, particularly in respect of resources, and the reporting of projects level issues and risks.
- Lead consultation process throughout the lifecycle of the projects, resolve and negotiate stakeholders conflict with diplomacy, to achieve results.
- Monitor the implementation of projects to ensure that all project activities have been completed as per plans and that the overall project objectives have been met as per agreed timescales and costs.
- Oversee and monitor expenditures against approved budget and reconcile budget variances to ensure on-target performance against budgets.
- Prepare project progress reports, discuss projects issues with project sponsors & stakeholders and set action and correction plan in order to be on the right track.
- Develop communication system to ensure that all projects information is timely available within different projects.
- Minimize project delays and cost overruns by ensuring adequate resources and support are made available.
- Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager
