Position Summary
The position will be responsible to perform a range of activities such as conducting market research, launching new services along with meeting Operations department requirements in an efficient and practical manner. Develop and implement a consistent and integrated sales strategy for a group of the organization’s products/services in order to meet established sales or market share targets. Monitors, analyse and evaluate market trends, end user behaviour and competitor activity. Lead direct and control all business development to meet the organization short and long term business objectives.
Responsibilities and Core Competencies
1. Contribute to strategic planning and decision making at the executive level to develop a business strategy.
2. Evaluate the findings of market reach, analysis projects, assess the viability of alternative opportunities and present recommendations.
3. Develop and implement sales plans to meet, including design, setting prices, launching new products, overseeing advertising campaign.
4. Collaborate on advertising initiatives, recommend choice of media and allocate internal and external resources.
5. Manage ongoing relationship with external vendors and agencies.
6. Liaise with Operations dept. in areas of performance and customer feedback.
7. Allocate resources and schedule promotions etc. Planning and overseeing new growth initiatives
8. Ensure that marketing strategies and activities are integrated with business and along with overall objectives.
9. Prepare sales forecast and budgets, monitor revenue volume, cost against forecast.
10. Lead meetings and purse business opportunities and interest.
11. Evaluate and develop a team of professionals in coordinate with Operations team to established sales and business goals.
12. Serve as a point of escalation process for ongoing issues / complaints resolution in market involving improved solutions.
13. Responsible for tracking all market movements and associated with promotions for business.
14. Contribute to the development of revenue and maintain positive and constructive working relationships within team.
15. To undertake other reasonable tasks requested by the executive committee or the management
