Job Description
• As an Telecom Presales Engineer, its needed to provide and be responsible to Interact with Masiya Partners/suppliers from one side and End customers from the other.
• Working with Masiya team as the part of the sales process by designing and delivering solutions, proof of concept demonstrations, and consulting on technical aspects of the opportunities.
• It needs the agility and the creativity to lead a comprehensive technical solution strategy, while addressing technology issues, assessing customer IT infrastructure and determining the technology needed to insure customer adoption of the proposed solution
• We’re seeking a versatile technical and business-oriented pre-sales consultant with experience developing business opportunities, building customer solution mapping, establishing good relationships with the customer’s technical leadership and working closely with the customer-facing teams.
• As a pre-sales solutions engineer, you will join Masiya’s technical and commercial teams in planning and prioritizing opportunities for utmost productivity and efficiency.
Responsibilities
• Designing solutions for customers’ needs and ensuring that all requirements are covered.
• Help customer and direct them to the proper way of thinking for utmost interest within scope and within budget.
• Be fully responsible and involved in price hard negotiations with suppliers/Partners to meet customer and Masiya target budget.
• fully responsible on writing technical/commercial proposals after gathering all resources needed.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving and coordinating with technical Manager, ensuring technical feasibility.
• Identifying new and innovative use cases for Masiya products and solutions.
• Understanding customer/Partners’ business in depth and knowing exactly which of our products can help them evolve their business.
• Validate software, hardware and services pricing and margins based on the scope of work
• Monitor and report on market and competitor’s activities
• Communicate and report internally on opportunity status and plan ahead using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
• Attend and present at customer meetings and internal sessions with other company functions, as necessary and after complete sync with Technical Manager.
• Influence 3rd parties and Parents and solution providers on product offering new / improved products / innovation within the industry
• Focus on up-selling while acting as a technical advisor to customers within remit.
• Build strong relationships with technical and executive decision makers from customer and partner/supplier’s side and help them to understand our innovative products as solutions
• Modify and design products that guarantee the satisfaction of our end customers.
• Ensure our products and services support our customer’s requests
• Drive technical solution development in collaboration with our business development account personnel.
