Role Objective
- To maximize productivity of the subsidiaries
- Ensure compliance with overall business strategy, and plans for its subsidiaries
- To monitor the performance of the subsidiaries on a periodically.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
Operational
- Recommend amendments to the existing policies and procedures of the function
- Evaluate the performance of subsidiaries (both aspects financial and operational), in coordination with the Finance and Accounting Department
- Review quarterly report performance of the subsidiaries and communicate the same to the Board Representatives
- Conduct annual evaluation of each direct investment as per the policy and communicate decisions taken by the Board of Directors to the Board Representative
- Communicate the list of Board Representative Nominees to the Board of Directors for decision
- Prepare quarterly reports detailing financial, operational and all other details of subsidiaries in coordination with finance and accounting department.
People Management
- Periodic reporting to Vice president operations and Board of directors.
