ROLE SUMMARY
The Sales Executive is responsible for facilitating sales in a comprehensive manner by understanding the client’s current needs and contribute towards the sales and business targets, growth and profitability whilst maintaining the company standards and client satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Sales
• Organise sales correspondence/visits on daily/weekly/monthly basis as per the sales plan and targets.
• Approach clients at their respective locations (regions), demonstrate and present the company products and services and take sales orders and commitment.
• Evaluate, present and negotiate the sales contracts and packages with clients and close deals effectively.
• Maintain and develop relationships with clients by providing excellent services and support and all information needed and guidance.
• Maintain and expand the client database in the assigned region/territory.
• Help clients to buy and sell properties and provide guidelines to buyers and sellers.
• Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• Engage with the clients to accurately understand the need and requirements of the clients and provide properties knowledge / product knowledge and service accordingly.
• Upkeep with the latest developments through training, coaching and self-learning.
• Provide information, features, benefits and usage and assist clients with the purchase decisions.
• Handle the client’s complaints, problems at the level appropriate, notify and escalate the critical issues to the concerned manager.
• Participate in the team goals and contribute towards sales and client service.
• Follow up with the clients on regular basis.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and market analysis for the management.
• Maintain accurate an appropriate client records within the system for reference and reporting purposes.
• Provide detailed information to the client in line with department head with regards to the product specifications and usage.
• Provide ideas for the sales to increase response time and client satisfaction
• Analyse and provide feedback to the management with regards to the client’s requests, buying behaviours, market and competition.
• Prepare progress reports on daily visits and Sales which contain daily visits, follow up and action taken.
• Ensure compliance with the business standards and guidelines.
Market Growth
• Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects, evaluating their needs and preference; research and analyse sales options.
• Identify opportunities for increased sales.
• Attend events and maintain awareness of the Real Estate market to accumulate new leads and to make proactive contacts with the existing ones.
• Approach new prospects (clients/deals) on continuous basis and exhibit efforts to convert prospects into actual clients.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Grow and retain existing client by providing new products and service to the clients
• Demonstrate excellent client service skills in dealing with client.
Others
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Perform all other tasks as assigned by the management.
