• Creating the consumables and paper orders for contracting machines in SAP-B1.
• Creating the sales orders for consumables and paper in SAP-B1.
• Provide administrative support for the service teams and manager.
• Support the sale of service contracts within the team by providing the required MIF details to engineers, supervisors and manager when required.
• Liaise between service department and other departments; internal as well as external customers.
• Achieve customer satisfaction by meeting the customer requirements as the first line interacting with customer.
• Improve consumables sales within non-contracted customers or customer with no consumables coverage.
• Field activates for consumables and paper sales.
• Getting leads for equipment sales from unreachable customer by our sales teams
