Job purpose
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers, Achieve and surpass all quarterly and annualized sales target numbers.
Duties and responsibilities
- Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base
- Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles
- Support the sales objectives by researching customers’ needs and providing solutions in a professional and effective manner
- Follow-up on all sales opportunities within a timely manner
- Establish and maintain industry contacts that lead to sales
- Manage successful pilot initiatives to increase productivity and sales
- Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity
- Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
- Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
- Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses
- Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements
