- Prepares monthly general and standard journal entries, comparative reports and monthly account reconciliations for the assigned division/divisions
- Prepare project profitability reports and analyze variances
- Periodic physical Inventory count and reconciliation
- Monitor and reconcile the Vendor’s account (locally & overseas) and ensure payments are up to date, process payment, transfer request or check payment request
- Prepare & review receivable ageing report and follow up collections regularly
- Assists in audit requirement preparation
- Other adhoc reports/tasks as necessary
- Support Group Finance Manager in the annual budgeting process including compiling and analyzing data
