A Graphic Designer designs, visualizes and executes design solutions and advertising materials with Advertising team in order to communicate ideas and information visually. The responsibilities include:
- Review the business objectives and job requirements in coordination with the Account Managers in order to interpret the client’s business needs and develop concepts and solutions to meet their requirements.
- Source and Compile information and data through research and design layout/s according to the briefs received to create new ideas and concepts.
- Advocate the advertising and design solutions to meet the brief and to contribute to leading edge advertising for the clients.
- Communicate the final ideas and concepts to Account Managers and secure approval/s within the required time and cost; Deliver creative in-house solutions in a timely manner thus saving time and cost at engaging the advertising agency.
- Develop Graphics and layouts for product illustrations; Propose design directions, develop and execute for the respective business divisions.
- Design advertising solutions by using wide range of media including photography and computer- aided design (Creative Suite).
- Coordinate with the Account Managers in order to ensure final outcome is compatible with production techniques.
- Keep abreast of Artistic/aesthetic skills, knowledge of design history and current trends and techniques, good design and color sense, In-depth knowledge of graphic applications, print production process, knowledge of photography, understanding of agency/supplier systems and capabilities, Information gathering/client research, Comprehensive layouts and Excellent knowledge in using design software.
- Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations.
- Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on the internal communication portals.
- Adhere to Al-Sayer Group policies and health and safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
