Job Purpose
Design and implement all export strategies through formulation and implementation of effective business plan, increasing international customer base, maximizing the customer satisfaction/retention, thus meeting company sales & profitability objectives
Accountabilities
- Exploring and developing new business opportunities in overseas market
- Research and explore potential global market for paints & coatings products and prepare timely report on geographical location basis
- Study and monitor the current global market for paints & coatings products and prepare report on product and region basis and identify the untapped potential market
- Analyze the global market trends for paints & coatings products take the necessary strategic decision to coupe up with global market trend
- Generate lead and export sales
- Identify, communicate and coordinate with overseas buyers and build business relationship with them
- Provide global market intelligence and competitor activity reports to the management
- Prepare quotation and C& F pricing for overseas buyers
- Negotiate with international buyers and convince & persuade them to execute sales
- Evaluate and select freight forwarders
