- Manage, direct and monitor the overall performance of the tender process team to obtain maximum efficiency, quality, service and profitability for the organisation
- Manage the development of plans for tender process activities to achieve targets
- Maintain accurate records
- Read blueprints and analyze all other applicable documents in order to prepare estimates
- Asses projects by identifying project requirements (in regard to time, labor, and material costs)
- Present estimates to clients in a timely and polite manner
- Recommend cost-reduction options
- Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts
- Maintain thorough records of all project documentation including estimates, sales receipts, and project completion documentation
