• Preparation of monthly payroll and adhoc reports.
• Administration and record keeping of attendance/leaves (all kinds), Over Time, bonuses, etc.
• Familiarity with Kuwaiti labor law regulations and PISS requirements.
• Checks pay results for accuracy of payroll runs.
• Familiar with Bank processes for opening labor bank accounts.
• Responsible for the proper entry, storage, update and security of employee personal data, updating personnel files and employee status changes.
• Responsible for organization management data in Mystro.
• Familiar with monthly salary transfer bank upload files.
• Manage the filling process of different documents.
• Preparation of travel authorizations.
• First point of contact for all payroll issues.
• Any other duties/ projects assigned by HR Manager from time to time.
• Respect his job, department and company in accordance to the organization chart and house rules.
• Understand and strictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations established in the Employees Handbook and the company policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
• Be punctual on duty, wearing the correct uniform and name tag at all times.
• Maintain high standard quality of work at all times.
• Maintain good rapport and working relationship with co-employee and superior.
• Attend and participate in staff meetings, departmental training schedules and other related activities.
• Perform the given task and secondary duties and responsibilities assigned.
• Respond to any changes in your role as it was implemented by the company.
• Maintain positive and motivated attitude at all times.
• Have a full understanding in Operations manual regarding company policies and regulation.
