BASIC FUNCTION:
The Inventory Controller is responsible for managing all inventory control related activities.
- Execute inventory control measures to ensure the company minimizes stock and maintains paperwork accuracy
- The Inventory Controller role carries responsibility for assisting the purchasing
- ESP (Electric Submersible Pumps) experience is a must—Artificial Lift
- 3-5 years experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Receive shipment physically which includes unloading and storing them in stock locations and profiles
- Physically check and confirm availability of equipment before sending selection sheet to AE (application engineer)
- Assist with loading equipment and consumables for well installation, physically check for correctness of part numbers and serial numbers of all items
- Generate delivery note with the list of all issued items and get required signatures
- Provide updated IR on weekly basis and MIL (minimum inventory level) report on monthly basis
- Keep proper tracking for receiving and issuing tools
