An excellent opportunity is available for a Head of Fintech Innovation role to join the digital team at a leading bank based in Kuwait. This role is responsible for creating partnerships to facilitate leveraging Fintech Innovation.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for creating Fintech strategy that complements the banks overall strategy.
Responsible for ensuring all channels benefits from partnerships and optimize all products and services.
Responsible for preparing analysis to support specific technology strategies, strategic planning activities and other activities in innovation excellence.
Qualifications:
Relevant Bachelor's degree (Business degree/ Project Management/ Engineering)
Minimum 10 years international work experience in Digital Technology
Strong hands on expertise in innovation Fintech ecosystem
Track record of working within Agile development environments and experienced in delivery into digital projects.
