• Draw out case with Ministry of Communication after gathering all information from customer
• Secure customers updated CID information from Ministry of Information
• Prepares pack for each customer for Ministry of Legal including copy of invoice and promissory note with balance amount owed by customer
• Reports to court to pay fees which is 2.5% of the amount that the customer owes Andalus Trading Company
• Dispatch documents to ministries based on customer location (Kuwait Governate’s) after being vetted by the Consumer Finance Manager
