The Organization:

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Caring for all patients on dialysis (hemodialysis or PD) and performing all forms of dialytic therapy (hemodialysis, hem perfusion, hemofiltration, ultrafiltration, peritoneal dialysis and CAPD
• Reviewing / performing histories and physical examinations conducted by Residents and Specialists, planning patient work-ups and deciding on appropriate treatment
• Recording all data on patient care in the patient’s medical record and I rims
• Reviewing and providing discharge summary, death reports and responding to inquiries from other health practitioners.
