• Supervise daily HR activities.
• Advice management on appropriate resolutions for employee relations issues, in compliance with the company’s policies.
• Coordinate with the legal consultants to ensure the company’s legal well-being.
• Prepare and control of the HR Department budget in coordination with Finance Department.
• Abide by the yearly budget and ensure proper escalation when exceptions are required.
• Ensure a proper image is conveyed about the company internally and externally (uniform, dress code, overall image, etc.).
• Manage the employees’ motivational activities and suggest creative ideas to improve them.
• Arrange for staff gatherings and yearly events.
• Report the training needs to L&D Unit and follow-up to have training materials prepared and sessions delivered.
• Manage the performance appraisal cycle.
• Audit and control the payroll procedure.
• Audit the insurance lists and manage all the transactions with the insurance provider.
• Supervise all the tasks of the administrative unit and ensure the company’s files comply with the country labor and local laws.
• Implement the HR policies and procedures and suggest developments, if needed.
• Recruit, motivate, train, coach, and lead HR staff.
• Prepare Personal Development Plans (PDP) and ensure their proper implementation.
• Ensure strict implementation of HR SOPs.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager.
