We are seeking for an experienced Director/Manager to manage and direct the activities of our new house cleaning and maid service business.
- Develop and execute the company's business strategies in order to achieve the goals of the board & owner.
- Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress.
- Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct staff interviews and training.
- Assist in highlighting the company brand.
- Setting and reviewing budgets and managing costs.
- Ability to fill out clear, legible written reports, quality control inspections, purchase order request, employee evaluations and other forms as needed.
- Working knowledge of computer software including spreadsheets, word processing and other products used in managing accounts.
- Direct and manages staff in their work assignments.
- Ensure all works carried out by the cleaning staff.
- Ensure that all staff maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
- Excellent supervisory skills.
- Ability to work well under stress.
- Other tasks and related duties as required.
