- Experience in Well head maintenance and repair.
- refurbishment requirements for Blowout Preventers (BOP), X-Mas Trees, Tubing Head
Spools, Tubing Hangers, API Valves, Pressure Relief valves, SSV etc.
- Onshore and Offshore operation
- Dismantling the equipment received for refurbishment.
- Repair , servicing and hydro testing /inflow testing of x'mas tree valves and well head
valves like FMC, CAMMARON, BREADA,VETCO GRAY etc. Servicing of other flow line valves ESD, SSV valves.
- Well head operations like shutting down wells and re-opening, Operation of ESD control
panels.
- Routine wellhead maintenance operations inflow leak testing ,valve interior cleaning by
flushing, lubrication and post inflow testing.
- Wellhead integrity testing re-energizing of seals.
- Buffing/ lapping of internal parts prior to inspection
- After completion of rework, reassemble the equipment with OEM spare parts
- Function test and pressure test the equipment as per OEM and API specs.
- Conducting pressure survey and sampling at Wellhead Tower.
- Conducting Annulus survey and Depressurising casting pressures.
- Putting wells in service/out of service as per requirement and establish required flow
rates by choke settings.
- Putting wells on test i.e. commissioning test separators and monitoring various
recorded parameters and observing the proper control functions.
- General inspection of each location for safe and efficient functioning and general
maintenance.
- Prepare Tower for rig moves and commission after tower moves.
- Using Autocone for well functions, Baker 1 & Otis, Brisco panels.
- To repair Manual & Actuated Gate valves, Tubing Head Spools, X-Mas Tree, Chokes and
Various other equipment.
- Shaffer BOP, Hydril BOP, Newman McEvoy wellhead Equipment, WKM Valves, Orbit
Valves, Baker Hyd Operator, Otis, OCT Gate valves, X-Mass Trees, Spools etc.
- Build a well head maintenance work shop , and operate the work shop.
- Experience in overhauling maintenance and
- pressure testing of well head jackets, X’mas tree valves and actuators etc. (Cameroon MC Evoy, Breada Delta Kevarnar, FMC) Accumulator over hauling and testing (Hydro and gas up to 20000 PSI)
- Experienced in repairing Safety relief valves.
