BASIC FUNCTION AND SCOPE:
Ensure accuracy of promotional presentation,
merchandise placement of key items and seasonal fashion trend statements and sales and event set-up.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for the overall design and concept of the showroom, implementation of company design standards and brand activity.
Schedule and supervise floor employees whether they are working as per the brand standards or not.
Communicate all merchandising directives to store team.Assist with merchandise placement and sales promotion set up.
Ensure key items and seasonal fashion trend statements are accurately displayed within Company guidelines.
Establish high level of shortage awareness and effectiveness;
Train floor staff, store merchandiser and support teams on merchandising standards, proper fixture utilization and techniques.
Be part of weekly floor walks. Visit all the showrooms regularly to coach in-store merchandiser to interpret the guidelines and training them in the execution of the visual
concept.
Assembling or dismantling visual displays in windows or in-store.
To have a thorough understanding of the activities and operation of the retail and merchandising team and take responsibility for its management from time to time.
Maintain all store fixtures like on a periodical basis.
