Responsible for overseeing the complete leasing transition from start to finish by completing all necessary lease and leasing documentation formalities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Arrange appropriate response to enquiries and organize meetings.
- Conduct negotiations with tenants
- Preparation of drafting leasing documents
- Deliver all new and existing deals within agreed timelines and financial parameters
- Assist GM Leasing and the Director Leasing with various tasks and responsibilities.
- Manages and directs the daily activities of the retail leasing department in accordance with the Company policies and standards.
- Responsible for all leasing functions, which may include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements.
- Oversees completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service.
- Develops and implements policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Build constructive and effective relationships with key clients.
