• Operate Client Government cloud Environment,Offered Laas,Oaas Services and other G2G services.
• Coordinate with the various team to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare report and inventory updates
• Maintain policies, procedures and operating standards for the government infrastructure operations.
• Consult and follow up with stakeholders
• Configure and upgrade hypervisor fabric and related enterprise environment if required
• Install,configure and update hardware, operating systems and application software and storage.
• Work with vendor support to ensure quality of support and problem resolution
• Works to ensure the infrastructure environment is consistent,stable and aligned with Client’s and Government operations objectives.
• Writes and/or maintains up-to-date documentation for infrastructure proceedures.
• Develops hardware configuration plans for different infrastructure systems and maintain the integrity of the plan.
• Analyzes and resolves infrastructure hardware and software problems using diagnostic software and/or technical troublesooting processes.
• Conducts on-going infrastructure system audits to evaluate the usage and efficiency of the system’s hardware,software.
• Maintains disaster recovery procedures for Client’s infrastructure
• Test and conduct the disaster recovery paln and maintain accurate disaster recovery plan and manual for the offered services.
• Conduct feasibility studies and POC with various vendors and products and analyze product capabilities
• Manage and maintain information technology assests and keep inventory,Plan and manage the capacity requirements.
• Manage and renew support and lincense agreements with vendors for the offered support and services.
• Beware and adhere to NIA policy
