The Finance Director will be responsible for the the company's financial accounting, reporting and monitoring systems in the entirety and proven track record and experience in the following:
- P&L Statements, Balance Sheets and Cash Flows
- Trend analysis and forecasting.
- Annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
- Analysis of company's financial health.
- Strategic and long-term business plans.
- Quarterly reviews and proposal of cost-reduction opportunities.
- Developing external relationships with auditors, solicitors, bankers, or other relevant stakeholders.
