- Fix and monitor the daily sales target of the sales associates.
- Maintain and monitor the availability of stocks & inventory.
- Preparing and updating reports on daily UPT and ATV of the sales associates and shop.
-Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.
- Provide a strong leadership presence and control in store, while ensuring that all customers receive good service and quality merchandise.
- Identifying training needs and providing ongoing training opportunities to the team as needed.
- Prepare the Performance evaluation of the shop staff.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for the replenishment and inventory.
- Coordinate with the Visual Merchandising team with regards to make necessary change on the floor or at the display window.
-Ensures company standards are met for store and associate appearance at all times
