Summary:
Has day-to-day management responsibilities for sales team. Responsible for the assignment of work to the FX Sales in Kuwait.
Major Duties:
- Manages a team of individual contributors dedicated to FX Sales, setting performance
objectives, providing coaching, supporting overall development and fostering a
positive, results-driven environment. - Additionally,manages own book of FX sales clients while setting overall direction for the FX Sales desk including client coverage model and calling program.
- Developing a segmented sales plan to pursue opportunities with clients.
